(More customer reviews)I have never read such an impentrable introductory chapter. Apart from scanning, I didn't bother reading the rest.
And I have never seen a book that relies on so many acronyms. Granted, some are standard terms such as XML and TOGAF, but the density of capitalised acronyms invented by the authors is staggering.
